James at 14 months (although it's very early) showed many autistic tendencies.

James was really poorly at the age of just 1 with suspected swine flu and has never quite been the same since .

He was waving saying a few words , clapping and all those other things expected of a baby of that age.. Harry came along and that was it... James changed.

I made a list of things that I didnt feel were 'quite right' presented them to our doctor at 15 months and there we go the ball started rolling from there .

James is the happiest little boy you could meet. As quite as a mouse. seemingly 'normal' to those that meet him. If only they copuld spend 24 hrs with him and see what we see.



I hate Labels and people tend to think  'Autism = Stupid' as we all know it does NOT atall.

We want to give little James every chance so are embarking on learning to sign with Makaton, attending a special group.
